Hello, If you try and call these guys their phone is saying no available agents. I also have send a mail twice. How do I get hold of you. This is bad if a service must start like this...
I don't know what to say about Vox/Evotel any more. All I can say is that there service are super bad. Seems that they don't have enough knowledge to resolve a problem. Al they do is wasting my time and money. I hope they will not charge me next month in full. My high latency problem is going on for two week now. Half a month now and no result or answer why my fiber line is giving so much trouble. They where here yesterday 2025/06/05 to do test but didn't receive any feedback from support on what are the steps taking further. They are busy robbing me of my money.... Poor service delivery and feedback.... Please call me when you have a answer and not to say sorry. Your excuses are getting stupid and boring always hearing the same thing over and over.
I have ongoing problem again since last week. I tried numerous times to talk to support via WhatsApp but the support keep on leaving the chat. Today they called me regarding the fault I have and the person told me that they did do some change but still have the same issue so nothing is resolved. The also deducted the money from my account but I must be happy with the services I am getting :( Sometime I wish I can move the service this is very poor. I also ask the guy to send me a email so that I can respond with the results but he didn't send me email. I still experience a ping between 29-30ms and it was always between 11-13ms. I am not satisfied with services.
Good day, I have log a ticket on slow speed as well as intermittent connection problems. The ticket was log directly on there customer portal. I thought they will call me or send me an update regarding the problem I experience. After a week had past I logged back in to the portal but have seen the ticket was completed. Earlier this week I had experience a nother problem I then copied the old ticket number that showed completed on their portal and write a email to you guys. I indeed received an email that said the ticket was updated but no email on what type commands I must run or a call. Why on earth must I stay with you guys. I pay for you highest package a home user can get and I get this underrated service. Why is you service so poor. Why must we still be with you guys. Why mus we pay you guys. You should go and get courses on customer service and support. You guys look bad when it comes to this. With that said me as your client was able too sort out my own problems because you support team doesn't know how to troubleshooting. I explained to them what I have done and how I have done it after I explained them then they was able to resolve my problem. I hope people can stand with me to get refunds for the poor service we are receiving.
Vox, As a client (that use Fibre To The Home) I am very unhappy with the service I am getting. This is almost a week since the fault was reported. I have received a call from one of your support guys on Sunday, but since then I haven't heard anything from you. Your customer service is just as bad as Net99, my previous ISP. I should've stayed with them. At least they did give me an update on my fault or problem or tried to help me. Do you have any update on my fault or are you able to resolve it? You are deducting money from account for a service I am not getting. This cannot go on like this. I am ashamed to have suggested your services to my company. I hope your service is better on your Fibre To The Business IT'S UNACCEPTABLE FROM A COMPANY LIKE YOU!!!!
They are the ISP ever. They still wasn't able to resolve my problem. I will not prefer them as a ISP.
Herotel, a name you can puke from. Worst service you’ll ever get form an ISP. I’ve called them 4 times in one day all they said to me was we will call you back, then you wait for the call patiently and they never returned the call as they promised. I’ve been sitting without internet almost 5 days now. I would never in my lifetime recommend Herotel as an ISP. Rather stay with your current service provider or cell phone network. I’ve could have rated their service below zero I will give them -1 000 000 000 rating. Please think before switching to their service. They are fast to cancel you're service but as soon as you apply you are waiting for 3 weeks to hear anything form them or they said they didn't get the application form.
