Personal information intrusion and *********.

I am trying to cancel my services with this company and i have provided them with my reason they do not want to cancel my services and i have have adhered to their terms of giving them written notice in advance now they say they cant cancel unless i upload my resignation information. which is just bull**** i have a contract with you and i want to cancel i given written instruction of this please cancel my services.

I will go to the Ombud for this as well.
