I strongly advise caution when considering doing business with this company. Marnitz and Sonja, who represent the business, have demonstrated conduct that I believe to be highly unprofessional and misleading. I placed an order for equipment in March 2024, and after months of follow-ups, I was only informed in August 2024 that the goods were allegedly damaged and uninsured. Prior to this, I was repeatedly told the delay was due to customs clearance. They initially agreed to a refund, but to date I have only received a partial payment—over R140,000 remains outstanding. When I approached them at the House & Garden Show in Durban to seek resolution, Marnitz accused me of threatening him and responded in an aggressive manner. Both he and Sonja then informed me they would only communicate through legal channels. I am now seeking legal recourse and urge others to exercise extreme caution.

Not refunding money after ordering machine
Absolutely horrible company! If I could give zero stars, I would. Be careful. The owner has over 18 companies registered under his name. I ordered a machine in September and had no communication from this company. I had to follow up with the seller in December still with no machine or any indicator to deliver it. I was promised a full refund due to the incompetence of the company. Although a 35% cancelation fee would be liable if the client (me) canceled. A full refund was issued, and credit notes were made . The very next day, the owner decided to twist the story around and was told to talk attorneys instead. He will not be giving me back my money. Still have not received a cent ! Their premises aren't even on the correct location as originally registered according to their company name. There is no physical address for this company. So definitely not premises photos. They are lying about them also. Company registered on different premises. Liers and cheats

Do nit buy frim GLOBAL WELLNESS ENTERPRIZES
Do not trust this company If they do not give it to you straight away after you paid,they will not give it to you at all Still waiting for a hyperbaric chamber I purchased nearly a year ago,NOTHING😡 Excuses from shipping that was lost to then financial problems etc.But they keep on advertising everywhere!! I now have to pay a laywer to help me get my money back The Ceo,Marnitz Maritz,also avoid any contact or calls we try to make,realy pathetic.If you dont want to believe this,please contact me,I have all the letters,emails, whatsapps.from them,everything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM,YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT Just excuses as to now the shipping is lost,or now they have financial problems,

If you order any machine from them,make sure they have stock,and rather work on COD They rushed me to do payment on a Hocatt and Hyperbaric chamber special,I only received the Hocat And a lot of excuses on why the Hyperbaric chamber is still not here.Promises to just wait 2 months,still nothing,promises that if it is not here on time r,they will pay me my money back....NOTHING🤬 Now I have to work through laywers to get any feedback and fight for my money DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
