No service at all

Spoke to Customer Service yesterday 24/03 for quote to send Marshmallow Easter Eggs to Scotland and England. Was told thete might be a Milk Ban and the lady would email me yesterday if you are able to courier for me. No email or reply at all. Today, I again tried calling, only to have to listen for 4 minutes to what an outstanding company you are... And then to be disconnected, only to have a repeat performance!! You can't even reply or answer tge phone, why brag about how wonderful you are?

I just had a chat with our International Supervisor who I believe you spoke to yesterday, she advised that she is awaiting feedback from our International colleagues with all the information
so she can provide you with the correct feedback. I was advised that she will respond to you before lunch time today.
