Globetech generators
Highly likely to be a scam site. No physical address provided. When I phoned to ask for a physical address I was told that a pin would be sent and upon further insistence for a physical address the phone call was cut. This was on their 012 743 6724 landline. The other number was a mobile number 071 789 0830 which went onto a MTN message saying that an SMS would be sent to that number and not to leave a message.

Generator Scam Alert
Bought and paid for a generator online, price included delivery. Was then contacted by a 3rd party to pay an R18 000 "deposit" before the delivery could take place. Refused to pay and contacted sales person who said he would resolve the issue. Generator has not been delivered, messages have been blocked and work phone is not answered. We have mailed to cancel the order and refund the payment but have not received a response-or the refund. This looks like it could be a scam.
