Posted parcel at Pick ,n Pay 3 days ago and Aramex website does not recognize the tracking number that they sent me.
Extremely poor quality. The glue holding the scouring pad to the sponge is badly formulated and separation takes place after only a few uses. Calling it 'heavy duty'and suggesting that it can be cleaned by placing in the dishwasher or by boiling is ludicrous.
Their website sucks as does their WhatsApp chatline. Cannot input delivery address (Error 500) and the chatline is completely non-responsive. E-mail enquiries are also ignored.
Excellent and rapid response to my request for a telephone pole relocation in Riebeek West. Would have given Telkom a 5 rating if it hadn't been so difficult to get the correct number to dial.
This bank is going backwards at a rate of knots. I've been a client for over 40 years and have experienced a steady decline in service. The latest is a query I had on a credit card transaction on the 25th May responded to on the 3rd July and given the runaround and eventually being told that it would cost R70 to investigated. I then e-mailed my personal Prestige Banker requesting her to investigate the matter and received an auto reply stating that a e-mail to a so-called personal banker had to be sent to a impersonal address. I was then called and shunted to another call centre number and heard a constantly repetitive message that the call would be taken in the order that it was received. I eventually hung up. I cannot help but feel that this bank no longer wishes to deal with any client that has insufficient net worth in accordance with their (unknown) criteria. Their call centre is appears to be staffed by personnel who woodenly answer from a script shown on a computer screen. It's unsurprising that Capitec is eating their lunch.
Highly likely to be a scam site. No physical address provided. When I phoned to ask for a physical address I was told that a pin would be sent and upon further insistence for a physical address the phone call was cut. This was on their 012 743 6724 landline. The other number was a mobile number 071 789 0830 which went onto a MTN message saying that an SMS would be sent to that number and not to leave a message.
Ordered an item which took 2 months to arrive. Had difficulty in establishing contact initially. Replies were felt to be reluctant yet forthcoming. It appears to be one of those companies that has little or no local stock and imports everything, waiting until it has a sizeable consignment before placing a bulk order. Understandably delay could be blamed on the Corona pandemic. Price paid for item was very competitive.
