Coakroach in my Irish nut latte

Iam a coffee ***** and Gloria Jeans is one of my favorite coffee places so much

I was both disappointed and embarrassed when I realized to my horror that I was enjoying a' vitamin ****roach' Irish Nut latte,i unfortunately realized as I was on the last sip.

I went to show them and all they did was just stare at me like Iam not ok for showing them what I found in my latte and just said 'SORRY',

I thought I could get over that but the more I think about it the more I just get upset,I reached out to their head office and was told somoene was going to contact me and it has been a month now no email nothing ,like i did not spend almost R100 only to be given a drink with a roach from what was my fav coffee shop ,the cold way this matter has been handled has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth not to mention PTSD whenever Iam trying to enjoy my coffee.

I do not see myself buying from them ever again,i feel very disrepected as well since some of the staff members know me by now been going there from time to time for years now.
