Iam a coffee ***** and Gloria Jeans is one of my favorite coffee places so much I was both disappointed and embarrassed when I realized to my horror that I was enjoying a' vitamin ****roach' Irish Nut latte,i unfortunately realized as I was on the last sip. I went to show them and all they did was just stare at me like Iam not ok for showing them what I found in my latte and just said 'SORRY', I thought I could get over that but the more I think about it the more I just get upset,I reached out to their head office and was told somoene was going to contact me and it has been a month now no email nothing ,like i did not spend almost R100 only to be given a drink with a roach from what was my fav coffee shop ,the cold way this matter has been handled has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth not to mention PTSD whenever Iam trying to enjoy my coffee. I do not see myself buying from them ever again,i feel very disrepected as well since some of the staff members know me by now been going there from time to time for years now.
My daughter needed a book for her upcoming exam and when I ordered it, they did not send me the download link. I messaged several people that work for DC Books about this and they all gave me a run around, giving me a different reasons why I didn't receive the download link each time. I requested a refund and they still haven't given me my refund nor the download link and this happened in June. It is now July. They are a ****. Do not trust these people. Rather buy your books from somewhere else.
My experience with Mobicel laptops has been so frustrating ,initially I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I thought the malfunction of the laptop I bought from them was just a once of mistake from a factory as my daughter had been using it for school hardly a year in and it started with the battery issues switching on and off eventually the laptop would not switch on at all and the battery was swollen .took it back was told to pay about R500.00 and we recieved a what seemed like a new laptop and its been hardly 6months and the battery issue again upon returning it to Mobicel was told to pay a ridiculous amount of about R1000.00 for them to fix it now if this is not a **** and daylight ******* I dont know what is .Iam stressed ,angry and highly inconvinienced and i rather try and get my daughter another laptop from a reputable dealer because i understand the game Mobicell is playing they making customers keep paying deliberately.this is so low of them because the market they are ****ming is mostly customers who are already struggling financially hence choose the least expensive devices.
I would like to thank Mobicell for their stellar customer service with my teen daughter*s school laptop of which had become a frustrating issue for me ,keep up your professionalism .
Iam disgusted with the amount of greediness at SARS they are quick to demand money and don't even look at the circumstances let alone help and point to the correct channels,how is it that they know nothing about pension monies from the old gorvenment but they use to do deductions? And also how do they demand tax from a pensioner receiving a lousy R400 from the investments this is pathetic!!
Firstly I would like to thank the Hello Peter platform as it's been very helpful and would like to extend my appreciation to FNB to eventually return my funds this has been very frustrating past 2 months for me.Thanx and much appreciated.
A few days ago I wrote in because of frustration with FNB .To my surprise a consultant from FNB immediately called me and offered assistance after apologizing and taking down all my details yet again,I then received an email with the way forward of which I then forwarded to my bank(Capitec) After providing everyone with whatever they wanted in order to resolve the matter I still don't know what's happening and this matter is over 2 months old my question is what are they doing with the frozen funds???IAM an unemployed single mother and iam being now and after holding ontothis money and investing IAM sure I won't get any interest and that is even if I end up getting any of it since now neither Capitec nor FNB is responding to my emails after money and time spending between internet cafe and police station it's obvious they working with scammers so I won't stop using all kinds of platforms this is very dodgy!!
The slogan for FNB "How can we help you ?" is actually an insult and a bad joke its not just myself who has had a very bad experience with FNB,my mother has a bond with FNB and they have let her down so many times,issues that could have been resolved just got out of hand all because they dont give a damn about their clients they always looking out to benefit themselves at the expense of clients they are vultures the incident that confirmed it all is actually the one iam currently facing,i got duped into investing into a scam and when my bank tried to recall the money they were told the account has been frozen due to investigation its been over 2 months now what are they doing with all those funds in that supposedly "frozen" account,even worse just recently when i was trying to do a follow up i discovered that poeple are still getting scammed by the very same "frozen" account ,how are they still allowing deposits into a frozen account??? FNB is managed by croocks !!!I
I had issues with UBanker but Iam happy now as they have opened line of communication and we have come to an amicable solution
UBanker is definately a scam they must be sued and shut down ,they are just pure thugs,I ahve proof that they "hold " trades amongst other things,my account of R100000 went under because of that right after I had deposited more money to save it and I still dont understand how could that happen espescially over the weekend as no trading takes place and also there was no history when i went into the platform to check it was as if its a brand new account and i could not withdraw that last deposit which was showing on the platform as apparently it was a bonus that they offered,there is a whole lot of shadiness with UBanker, unforturnately I realised late as to how they operate,when i questioned them about the fact that they hold trades they initially gave me a run around and then we decided to end them a screen shot comparing same trades to other reputable platforms thats when i recieved an email saying they will investigate ,this is the second week of their "investigation" ,bottom line I want all my money back and I wont stop until I get it and its very sad that we try to earn an honest living and there are heartless individuals like these,times are hard ,Iam a single parent,unemployed and they stole all my money
