Stolen R200 000 from a nonprofit organisation
GloTrade provided us, an education nonprofit, with the incorrect tablets. On returning them as requested, the company refused to refund us, and have ignored several letters of demand. Seeing that they have numerous other judgments against them, we know that we have very little chance of getting any money back, although we hope to make sure the company is liquidated so they can't do this to anyone else.

False accusations. The whole order is still in stock at our offices. Please note that the Tablet pc's was returned after 6 months of use and testing for your app. Your app did not work on the tablets pc's and you returned it to our offices. As you know this was bulk importing from China and purchased once off. It cannot be returned after 6 months just because your app does not work, no warranty covers this at all.
This is an ongoing court case which you are clearly aware of and your personal insulting comment and review here will not be tolerated.
I suggest you remove this comment and contact you attorney about the progress for this return and refund case.

I will not withdraw the comment or ameliorate it in any way. You have ignored emails and phone calls for 4 months now.
There has been zero response to any of our legal representations in the past two months by you or anyone else. Glotrade has numerous judgments against it of which ours is just one - but by some distance the largest.
I have and can (again) produce with pleasure emails wherein Glotrade acknowledge providing the incorrect product, and others wherein you ask for them to be returned. The tablets were never used, as you well know, and were returned less than three months after delivery at our cost, after you admitted the error.
You seem to have an extremely flexible understanding of the truth!
We asked in repeated emails for some form of payment plan, showing massive understanding for your situation as we assume that your supplier was unwilling to accept the stock back.
Glotrade at no stage gave even a single cent back to us, nor any plan for a refund. This has been despite waiting for over 4 months!
Our attorney has received no communication from you or any legal representative of yours for over two months now.
