Pathetic service by Gary Mitchell's organization
Pathetic service . Gary the owner has no peoples skills who was blatantly rude . I have reported their organization to the motor ombudsman and will expose their poor work ethic to everyone Families lives are affected by their organization. Their excuse was that one of their employees who resigned messed Up and we have had endless conversations back and forth. Today we sit with a car not functional and a family without transportation

Ive been with Gary for over 20 years so this may be a biased review . But then if Anyone would know of flaws , after 20+ years it would be me wouldn't it (",) They are simply the best , Ive never had a bad service from them , they are one of few places that still offer that good ol fashion "part of the family " experience thats seriously lacking in most companies these days. I highly recommend these chaps . P.s ... If you know nothing about cars , or even if you are a single woman and are afraid of being Ripped off , these guys will take care of you . Most honest mechanics ive ever met .

Terrible service, incomplete work, awful attitude
I sent my BMW in here for a service and was extremely unimpressed with their attitude and service. They failed to complete work, failed to inform me that my lights weren't working ( even though I requested them to replace the bulbs, for which they charged me !) and I had to repeatedly chase them on these outstanding items. Eventually they just ignored me. DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!

They failed to complete work, failed to inform me that my lights weren't working ( even though I requested them to replace the bulbs, for which they charged me !) and I had to repeatedly chase them on these outstanding items.
