Terrible service, incomplete work, awful attitude

I sent my BMW in here for a service and was extremely unimpressed with their attitude and service. They failed to complete work, failed to inform me that my lights weren't working ( even though I requested them to replace the bulbs, for which they charged me !) and I had to repeatedly chase them on these outstanding items. Eventually they just ignored me.

DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE !!
