Monique @ Go Glam is the best with Blonde colouring, she also cut fantastic, always a happy customer when I walk out there.

<p>I signed up for a Membership with a local SPA called MoiMooi. They operate under three different aliases, being MoiMooi, Milk & Honey Spa and GoGlam. https://moimooi.com/ http://www.milkandhoneybeauty.co.za/ http://goglam.co.za/site/?page_id=14 Upon signing up several months ago, I agreed to a monthly debit order of R399.00 only to find that they have debited my account three times this month of December, amounting to a total of R1197.00. The debit order reference is "GO - *some made up account number*" They also reference fake account numbers in order for their members to not be capable of placing a stop order on their debit orders. I have tried contacting them several times via email and telephone to no avail. I've gone through HelloPeter and have noticed that hundreds of their members are unfortunately experiencing the same fraudulent practice of this so-called legitimate SPA. <p>Totally disgusted with their customer services - I have now been waiting more than a year to get my refund after giving more than enough time when cancelling my service. Have been told to wait 60-90 days since last year February and still nothing. Absolutely disgusted and will not recommend them to anyone based on this service I have received - quick to take your money but taking forever to reimburse me!!!</p>

<p>I have had the worst experience dealing with GoGlam. It is impossible to get hold of these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>After cancelling my contract over a year ago, they kept taking debit orders off my account. When I complained about this they immediately promised to refund me within 60 - 90 days. Mind you I was incredibly gracious in doing so initially. I didn't give them any grief I just said ok and patiently waited the 90 days out.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was 7 months ago. 7 months. My word!!!! Now I keep contacting them via email (because this is the only way to get hold of them), I keep asking for my money and they are blatantly ignoring me. I threaten legal action (as is my right) and still no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only is this ILLEGAL as they have charged me for services I have not used, it is also just rude.</p>

<p>Cancelled my memebership months ago yet this company is still taking money from me without even allowing me to access my profile to make bookings. I would advise everyone to cancel their membership and stay away from this scam.</p> <p>Also, R449.00 is being debited from my account without notifying me that memebership fees have increased.</p> <p>If nothing is done by the end of this month, i will take this issue further through legal procedures.</p>

<p>As per a previous rating on Hello Peter - I explained that I had cancelled my membership of Go/Glam in August 2015. The company did not process my cancellation and continued to take money off my account for a full year. when I discovered this, I was given all sorts of excuses and eventually after countless phonecalls from me, I was promised that I would be refunded. This did not happen, and when I demanded they refund me, I was paid out less than a third of the money and sent an email saying the remainder would be paid by 7th November. This has not happened and when I phoned the company, Diann gave countless excuses and said it may be paid out at some future date but could not tell me when. I asked to speak to the director Lance, but was told this was not possible and nobody would take responsibility for the monumental error they have made and nobody is willing to rectify their error and pay me out my money which is long overdue. This is theft.</p>

<p>I took out the membership in 2015.After only one month I could see that it was a big mistake and that this company is useless.Trying to get treatments from Milk and Honey was impossible.I was told by Patricia and Nick that the spa is going through renovations and that could be the reason the number just rings and why I struggled booking appointments.I asked that they cancel my membership immediately.After calling Nick several times who I was told is a consultant and a manager would cancel my membership he advised that it was.I then wanted it in writing and he never replied to my emails even though I sent it several times over a 2 month period.Almost 2 years later my account gets debited again.Diane explained that I never paid the cancellation fees that I would have been more than happy to pay to get rid of them forever.To date they are still debiting my account even though I blocked them at the bank.Sneaky parasites.I hope someone stops them and I can see their behaviour is a trend.Never in my life have I dealt with such degenerates.</p>
