I love the fact that I did not listen to automated messaging for 40 minutes+ like you would with ABSA and Standard bank insurance departments to speak to a consultant.
A restaurant that notices the small things that matters the most. We checked in at Pinecreek for Brunch on 24 March 2024. We (6) were welcomed as we entered and escorted to the back garden with a beautiful setting. My mom opted to have the buffet. As she walked back from the harvest table she dropped her fork on the ground. She picked it up and continued walking to our table. As she placed her plate on the table a waiter appeared and handed her a clean fork wrapped in a serviette. Very soon after that a lady came to our table with 2 beef bangers, stating that the kitchen was refilling the dish and that my mom did not get to have the option to the sausages when she was passing by the buffet. I was checking on my messages at the table and opened a voice recorded birthday wish as it was my birthday, A garden fairy must have passed the message to the kitchen staff and I was spoilt with the lovely brownie on a platter with a personal message written in decadent chocolate sauce.
Penmark sent me incorrect sizes to what I ordered. The golfers was sent for branding, and was told "Sorry it is your problem" "You can not return items which had been damaged" (Embroided) Left me with items which I paid a lot of money for and absolutely no use. Service suck and that from the Owner. Use WEZA Best service, professional, knowledgeable everything you wish for and more
This company can not be trusted. Dont trust them with you business or your assets. Ask the question. Who is watching the watchmen?
