<p>As per a previous rating on Hello Peter - I explained that I had cancelled my membership of Go/Glam in August 2015. The company did not process my cancellation and continued to take money off my account for a full year. when I discovered this, I was given all sorts of excuses and eventually after countless phonecalls from me, I was promised that I would be refunded. This did not happen, and when I demanded they refund me, I was paid out less than a third of the money and sent an email saying the remainder would be paid by 7th November. This has not happened and when I phoned the company, Diann gave countless excuses and said it may be paid out at some future date but could not tell me when. I asked to speak to the director Lance, but was told this was not possible and nobody would take responsibility for the monumental error they have made and nobody is willing to rectify their error and pay me out my money which is long overdue. This is theft.</p>
