<p>I have had the worst experience dealing with GoGlam. It is impossible to get hold of these people.</p> <p> </p> <p>After cancelling my contract over a year ago, they kept taking debit orders off my account. When I complained about this they immediately promised to refund me within 60 - 90 days. Mind you I was incredibly gracious in doing so initially. I didn't give them any grief I just said ok and patiently waited the 90 days out.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was 7 months ago. 7 months. My word!!!! Now I keep contacting them via email (because this is the only way to get hold of them), I keep asking for my money and they are blatantly ignoring me. I threaten legal action (as is my right) and still no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only is this ILLEGAL as they have charged me for services I have not used, it is also just rude.</p>
