Terrible Terrible agency, I am awaiting a deposit for a rental apartment (Sleepy Gables 54, Edenburg) I moved out from, no one seems to have answers in over a month. I started with enquiries before I moved out in November 2023. To date I cant even get a contact person or name to/of whom to address my concerns to.

My worst experience with a property management company. I stayed at a complex of which they took over management. During May 2023 I started enquiring about terminating my lease, emails and messages were unanswered. Telephone line was unoccupied majority of the time when I called. Eventually got hold of one of the directors (after having to Google for a contact number) and after speaking formally put in my notice to terminate my lease. Even this mail was never responded to. Upon end date of lease nearing, I constantly sent emails and texts to confirm an exit inspection. No one ever got back to me. Person who answered calls always had to "check in with seniors". Eventually moved out, had to leave key with guards because no one from the company could confirm when they'd collect the key or do an exit inspection. After moving out, the next big headache was trying to get my deposit. I was initially told it would be paid out within a week. It wasn't. After nearly daily calls, multiple texts and threats to take legal action, I finally received part of my deposit payout weeks later. I have raised a concern regarding poor financial management, particularly that it seems as though client deposits are not kept in a separate account as required by law. To date I still haven't received the remaining funds of my deposit. Every time I follow up, again it's a case of having to "follow up with seniors". Highly unprofessional and pathetic client service experience.
