Terrible experience, they can’t seem to resolve a simple transfer of ownership. Insisting on charging me R1760. This is appalling, such *********** people at their accounts. Gadifele le***e and Crew
Simply useless, it’s time we all ditch them .. it’s taking forever to sort out a simple change of ownership. They are treating it like a cancellation and charging me for a cancellation fee? Deducted the money with no authorization??? Not impressed. They make me hold for 20 minutes and don’t call back Tebogo (from accounts)
Useless bunch of People, they owe me a refund for an insurance authorisation since December 2024. Everyday is a different story, the Sandton branch does not want to give any information for their financial department people at head office, since they blame head office for the delays. I am at a point of wanting to return their glass, reverse all transactions and go to the competition to give me a new one.
Worst experience ever. (my first claim ). I replaced a windscreen and need a refund, between Blink and PG GLASS Sandton, they are sending me from pillar to post. Its now January 31, I did the replacement more than a month ago in 2024. There is a Nomhle Mabe lady there who does not return call or emails at Blink. very disappointed Mr Carlos (Claim: C1942371 )
The worst experience ever, they dont keep their words: 1) I replaced a windscreen glass with them in December 2024, the insurer gave them an auth to refund me, and they promised I will get the money in three weeks, today I after I followed with them for the 3rd time (twice in person) they say another two to three weeks till I get my money. Terrible Terrible agency, I am awaiting a deposit for a rental apartment (Sleepy Gables 54, Edenburg) I moved out from, no one seems to have answers in over a month. I started with enquiries before I moved out in November 2023. To date I cant even get a contact person or name to/of whom to address my concerns to. I vacated the place, and I have been interacting with them on the issue. Yet, they still sent me an invoice for January 2024 ??? What kind of admin do they run there, especially the Durban branch.

Terrible experience Trafalgar is colluding with the owners of Sleepy Gables complex in Edenburg Sandton to kick tenants out of the apartments. They increased the rent in middle of the month in September 2023, after tenants had already paid the rents (me included) to the agent who was in charge at the time for the September debts. They increased the rent by R6000 with not notice to us. Just started invoicing from about the 5th of September 2023. Trafalgar has zero answers for us, and does not want to connect us to the owners. Appalling service from trafalgar and treatment to people. Totally inhumane.
