GO247 IS UNRELIABLE
I would not recommend the services of Go247. Their plumber in Cape Town was unreliable, damaged my carpet without taking responsibility for it, arrived late or not at all and left me with a faulty Geyser. The regional manager in Cape Town was no better. He never arrived to resolve my complaint and sent another plumber 8 hours later. Complaints to the national office produced promises but no follow up. After 3 months I still don't have a working Geyser. I pleased with the owner to assist me. He ignored me. This is really unacceptable non-service.

The geyser manufacturer has to honor this claim as it was a new geyser installation
We were under the impression that it has been resolved
If not I wil make sure it is done tomorrow

10 Apr 2021, 05:39The last time I spoke to JC at Head office was on Monday 29th when I pleaded with him to please help me. I was told that there is nothing wrong with the geyser (therefore not an issue for the geyser manufacturer after all) and that an electrician was also not needed. I was promised that a plumber would be sent to examine the thermostat. There has been silence ever since. My number, again, is 0836504191. Laura Collura

But we will now send one of our teams to come and sort it out today as the manufacturer Gap Geysers Is unreliable
