Go247 Illegal electrical work and certifcate of compliance
After being conned into believing the electrical work was done professionally, I was issued with a Certificate of Compliance for work which is illegal and an electrical nightmare. The department of Labour is investigating this and i urge anyone who thinks of using Go247 for electrical work to NOT DO IT!!!!!!! I am still waiting for their insurance to contact me regarding a power surge caused by their incompetence where i have had to replace a number or appliances and equipment. The DB is still tripping my electricity and other electricians are unable to fix it as it is under investigation

GO247 IS UNRELIABLE
I would not recommend the services of Go247. Their plumber in Cape Town was unreliable, damaged my carpet without taking responsibility for it, arrived late or not at all and left me with a faulty Geyser. The regional manager in Cape Town was no better. He never arrived to resolve my complaint and sent another plumber 8 hours later. Complaints to the national office produced promises but no follow up. After 3 months I still don't have a working Geyser. I pleased with the owner to assist me. He ignored me. This is really unacceptable non-service.

Worst experience
I had the worst experience with this company! They used my submersible pump without my concent and used it over time to get their job done. After their job was done my pump was "broken". They took it out of the sump without my consent and as of 28 May I am struggeling to get my submersible pump back. Managers Owners and subcontractors not returning my calls, when I do get to speak to them their attitude is disgraceful in shouting and verry aggressive manner. They are not taking ownership of what their employees/subcontractors broke or took and has no intent of resolving the issue. When I approached SAPS his attitude with them is: I must go and open a case and see what happens.

Worst experience
