Worst experience

I had the worst experience with this company! They used my submersible pump without my concent and used it over time to get their job done. After their job was done my pump was "broken". They took it out of the sump without my consent and as of 28 May I am struggeling to get my submersible pump back. Managers Owners and subcontractors not returning my calls, when I do get to speak to them their attitude is disgraceful in shouting and verry aggressive manner. They are not taking ownership of what their employees/subcontractors broke or took and has no intent of resolving the issue. When I approached SAPS his attitude with them is: I must go and open a case and see what happens.
