Refusing to cancel sales orders and refund my money

Ever since I have paid I have been money moved to pillar to post just to cancel my sales orders and on your website it’s says you take 10% to the max of my deposit so meaning I will lose R10 000 because there are two vehicles. I have been trying to block this sale since Friday.

I Do Not wish to continue with my sales orders as I mentioned on Friday. I repeat do not release those cars. Because I want my money back and I will no longer continue with go bid because the service I have been getting is beyond disgusting.

I have recorded phone calls and emails stating how I wanted this to be cancelled and how I was threatened by your sales agents.

And if they are not cancelled and the rest of my money is not refunded, I will contact the ombudsman because I have proof.

I will also call Monday morning to ensure that it is cancelled.
