After hours of back-and-forth on live chat, one thing is clear: GoDaddy’s support system isn’t built for technical issues.
The process is circular. Chat agents act as a gatekeeping layer with little technical depth, routing queries instead of resolving them. Even after escalation, nothing improves: case notes aren’t properly reviewed, context gets lost, and you’re pushed straight back into the queue.
The timelines are where it really falls apart. First it’s “give it 24 hours,” then 48, then 72. After that, it becomes “wait 7 days.” I followed every step. Today is day 8, and there’s still no resolution.
At this point, it doesn’t feel like support, it feels like a system designed to delay rather than solve.
