GoHydro communication stopped after businesses open in Jan 2026 for delivery

Communication allgood via messages during Christmas period but when businesses opened on 5 January communication stopped in its tracks. Still unfulfilled #GH4062. Awaiting update or refund to be requested if still a stock issue. Not 100% sure of email address. Goes via Shopify it seems
