Dyson Air Wrap sold by Goinstant Vitro

I purchased a Dyson Air Wrap in January. The first one I had to return as it was faulty. After waiting a month, I received a replacement which attachment broke on the second day. I requested a refund as I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Goinstant had every excuse in the book why I cannot return this product. I then went directly to a Dyson retailer at the Waterfront, just to establish that I have been ****med. Goinstant sell **** Dyson products. The product colour and quality is of no resemblance to the real thing. The packaging is not the same and the info and serial nr are glued on the box. I cannot understand why Dyson allow ****mers like this to do business and take our money. I lost my R8400 and have a poor product off no use!! Be warned!! 😡😡😡
