Dyson Airwrap - Broken and no customer service
I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from Goinstant Vitro end of 2022. After delay, I finally received the item, yet it broke within 5 months of purchase. Intermittent power took place whilst blow drying and sparks flew from the cable. I logged the complaint, and have sent countless emails and messages, yet no response since 21 May 2023. Phone calls are also not being answered. No customer service whatsoever. I am highly disappointed and am still awaiting feedback with regards to my Dyson Airwrap.

Dyson Airwrap - Broken and no customer service
I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from Goinstant Vitro end of 2022. After delay, I finally received the item, yet it broke within 5 months of purchase. Dyson Air Wrap sold by Goinstant Vitro
I purchased a Dyson Air Wrap in January. The first one I had to return as it was faulty. After waiting a month, I received a replacement which attachment broke on the second day. I requested a refund as I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Goinstant had every excuse in the book why I cannot return this product. I then went directly to a Dyson retailer at the Waterfront, just to establish that I have been ****med. Goinstant sell **** Dyson products. The product colour and quality is of no resemblance to the real thing. The packaging is not the same and the info and serial nr are glued on the box. I cannot understand why Dyson allow ****mers like this to do business and take our money. I lost my R8400 and have a poor product off no use!! Be warned!! 😡😡😡

Do not buy from them. After a month of delays and issues with obtaining a tracking number for my order, they sold me a ****/counterfeit airwrap that didn’t work at all like it should and the one attachment broke after 2 uses. They would not accept a return and refund me. Couldn’t even register the thing on Dyson’s website due to invalid serial number!

Do not buy from them. SCAM headed by Andile Shabalala and Ziggy Dhlamini
SCAM SCAM SCAM, As far as I can tell, from the last horrible 25 days or so dealing with these guys. Affiliated with Andile Shabalala and Ziggy Dhlamini, First they told us we need to allow them 20 days to fulfill the order for legal reasons, and they cannot provide us with a refund until then. On the 20th day the order was miraculously shipped, So they once again refused to cancel and provide a refund . I have received no tracking info since then. Strangely, when asking for payment I received that SMS really fast. They claim 24/7 support on their website, this however is not the case, no matter how much I have tried to call them in the past, I have never spoken to them via voice. Only chat

These people are fraudsters
This company exists solely for the purpose of defrauding the public. My daughter has been scammed R18,000. She ordered an iPhone but never received the item nor was she refunded. I communicated with the company twice on iMessenger but thereafter they blocked me
