Avoid this company at all costs - You've been warned
Avoid this company at all costs. After moving out of our apartment in Amsterdam Estate (Olivedale), managed by Landsdowne Properties, our entire deposit of approximately R11,000–R12,000 was withheld. The justification provided at the time was: - Repainting walls and doors — despite this being normal wear and tear after lawful occupation. - “Slight swelling” in a bathroom cabinet panel, which they used to justify replacing the entire cabinet rather than repairing a minor issue. I can understand the walls, but replacing an entire cabinet over minimal swelling is excessive. If basic bathroom humidity causes swelling, that reflects material quality, not tenant negligence. There was no fair distinction made between reasonable wear and tear and actual damage. Based on our experience, deposits do not appear to function as security — but rather as a convenient renovation fund. Now, nearly a year later, they reach out to us stating that we owe an additional R400 on top of our security deposit that was withheld. Tenants should proceed with extreme caution.

Another fantastic shopping experience
I was unfortunately ****** and so had to get a new phone, Ordered my S23 Ultra on Tuesday, I received it 2 days later. Once again a fantastic shopping experience, best prices in all of SA from the research I've done. And from my past experience with my previous order, the staff are very friendly and respond promptly, there is no beating around the bush with these guys. Keep up the great work!

SCAM headed by Andile Shabalala and Ziggy Dhlamini
SCAM SCAM SCAM, As far as I can tell, from the last horrible 25 days or so dealing with these guys. Affiliated with Andile Shabalala and Ziggy Dhlamini, First they told us we need to allow them 20 days to fulfill the order for legal reasons, and they cannot provide us with a refund until then. On the 20th day the order was miraculously shipped, So they once again refused to cancel and provide a refund . I have received no tracking info since then. Strangely, when asking for payment I received that SMS really fast. They claim 24/7 support on their website, this however is not the case, no matter how much I have tried to call them in the past, I have never spoken to them via voice. Only chat

Great shopping experience, and awesome deals.
Ordered my S22 Ultra , I received it two days later despite not being in a really major city center. Excellent service. Support was prompt with answering any questions I had via the webchat.
