I purchased a Dyson Airwrap from Goinstant Vitro end of 2022. After delay, I finally received the item, yet it broke within 5 months of purchase. Intermittent power took place whilst blow drying and sparks flew from the cable. I logged the complaint, and have sent countless emails and messages, yet no response since 21 May 2023. Phone calls are also not being answered.
No customer service whatsoever. I am highly disappointed and am still awaiting feedback with regards to my Dyson Airwrap.
