SCAM headed by Andile Shabalala and Ziggy Dhlamini

As far as I can tell, from the last horrible 25 days or so dealing with these guys. Affiliated with Andile Shabalala and Ziggy Dhlamini,

First they told us we need to allow them 20 days to fulfill the order for legal reasons, and they cannot provide us with a refund until then.

On the 20th day the order was miraculously shipped, So they once again refused to cancel and provide a refund . I have received no tracking info since then. Strangely, when asking for payment I received that SMS really fast.

They claim 24/7 support on their website, this however is not the case, no matter how much I have tried to call them in the past, I have never spoken to them via voice. Only chat
