Got a call from a consultant a few minutes ago regarding a complaint about the low quality of cigarettes that i had purchased a day before the national lockdown began (6 cartons). The conversation was pleasant as she explained the conditions in order for my query to be escalated further (which i could not meet as i have already thrown the defective cigarettes away) As i was attempted to put the matter to rest the agent then began insunuating that i am being dishonest as she stated that they have received alot of complaints during lockdown because people were purchasing all kinds of brands (trying to say that i am making up a story for my own amu*****t) your management can definitely listen to the call recording to hear exactly how she phrased her statement. I do not appreciate this kind of service. It is just pathetic.
