since we spoke about this issue you never plublicise it,why does a company that trade in south Africa still do *******ion and yet you leave them?we are tired of this company and it exploit our people.enough is enough

What a ****** company with 50% of employees without permits from outside, pensioners working and earning more, our people are always been used by rasist people hence even their admin it's all Indians who don't even follow labour laws, such a disgrace of a trading company, why do you see a need to operate in our country but not follow or treat our people with respect, you even hire people without qualifications while our people suffer, don't support this business they use people and only selfish.

As a long-time consumer of Savannah Blue Label cigarettes, I have come to appreciate their blend of affordability and quality since 2020. However, my recent experiences at a supermarket near me in the Western Cape, have left me deeply concerned about the authenticity and quality of the product being sold. Upon purchasing Savannah Blue Label cigarettes from this Supermarket, I noticed a significant difference in their taste and effects compared to those bought elsewhere. These cigarettes not only left my throat feeling dry and itchy but also induced coughing fits beyond the usual. Such inconsistencies have prompted me to question whether the Supermarket is retailing a counterfeit product. Worryingly, my attempts to address these concerns with the Gold Leaf Tobacco Company, the manufacturer of Savannah Blue Label cigarettes, have been met with silence. Despite reaching out to report my grievances, I received no response or acknowledgment of my complaint. In light of these issues, I find myself in possession of three packets of Savannah Blue Label cigarettes that I am reluctant to continue smoking. However, my attempts to return these products to this Supermarket for a refund have been futile, as the owner refused to accommodate my request. This situation raises significant concerns about the potential health risks associated with smoking these particular cigarettes. I am curious about the composition of chemicals within this specific brand and how they may adversely affect the health of smokers. This company has the ****iest service ever, their consultants are useless they don't have time for clients, their prices are hidden and their customer service is zero out of hundred. Don't waste your time trying to do business with them. This company is ****ed up and it's full of ****!!!!

On The 6th of January I ordered online to receive a call a day alter to say they could not deliver my order in full due to expected lockdown regulations, I paid for my order in full so this means that I needed a refund a couple of days later GLTC asked me to send a account verification letter to confirm my banking details in order to get a refund, which I did. I nothing further from and decided to send an email and they responded saying they couldn't open the attachment, and this was their response "Unfortunately the attachment is corrupted, please resend the account confirmation letter urgently so that we may process your refund today'. I told them this was highly unlikely so I sent the same email with same attachment, once again I had no reply from GLTC, I sent another email to confirm that they have indeed received my mail and could open the attachment, they confirmed that they could. On the 18th January still no payment so decided to call their office and they informed me that the payment was to be loaded that same day the 18th of January. I have called them again today now the lady in the refund department says that the accounting department has confirmed the refund payment and that she will find out what is going on as they themselves don't know. Terrible client service, no one gets back to you, I don't know what they are trying achieve by this strategy. I have decided not to support them or their products. SKELMS!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! - THESE GUYS STOLE MY MONEY - NO PRODUCT NO REFUND - MONEY GONE! #scamsters I placed an order worth over 5k with this incompetent company last week Thursday. The same day I was phoned back and told the order could not be fulfilled (after accepting my full payment in EFT with no warning) and that I would be refunded. I was told the refund would be finalized within 3-4 working days. This was last week Thursday. Every follow up call I make to expedite the refund is answered with another system response requesting an account confirmation letter which I have already sent 3 times, still no refund. I am now persuing legal action for fraud.

Got a call from a consultant a few minutes ago regarding a complaint about the low quality of cigarettes that i had purchased a day before the national lockdown began (6 cartons). The conversation was pleasant as she explained the conditions in order for my query to be escalated further (which i could not meet as i have already thrown the defective cigarettes away) As i was attempted to put the matter to rest the agent then began insunuating that i am being dishonest as she stated that they have received alot of complaints during lockdown because people were purchasing all kinds of brands (trying to say that i am making up a story for my own amu*****t) your management can definitely listen to the call recording to hear exactly how she phrased her statement. I do not appreciate this kind of service. It is just pathetic.
