On The 6th of January I ordered online to receive a call a day alter to say they could not deliver my order in full due to expected lockdown regulations, I paid for my order in full so this means that I needed a refund a couple of days later GLTC asked me to send a account verification letter to confirm my banking details in order to get a refund, which I did. I nothing further from and decided to send an email and they responded saying they couldn't open the attachment, and this was their response "Unfortunately the attachment is corrupted, please resend the account confirmation letter urgently so that we may process your refund today'. I told them this was highly unlikely so I sent the same email with same attachment, once again I had no reply from GLTC, I sent another email to confirm that they have indeed received my mail and could open the attachment, they confirmed that they could. On the 18th January still no payment so decided to call their office and they informed me that the payment was to be loaded that same day the 18th of January. I have called them again today now the lady in the refund department says that the accounting department has confirmed the refund payment and that she will find out what is going on as they themselves don't know. Terrible client service, no one gets back to you, I don't know what they are trying achieve by this strategy. I have decided not to support them or their products. SKELMS!
