What a bunch of pathetic service providers! No service no client support. Please don't use Metrofibre! More off than on! Virtually impossible to get answers or service from them. A service industry that doesn't have 24 hour support off on public holidays! Generally they just give a **** about their clients! They just respond with automated messages how pathetic! Definitely be cancelling and signing up with a better SERVICE provider than these bunch of pathetic SERVICE providers!
On The 6th of January I ordered online to receive a call a day alter to say they could not deliver my order in full due to expected lockdown regulations, I paid for my order in full so this means that I needed a refund a couple of days later GLTC asked me to send a account verification letter to confirm my banking details in order to get a refund, which I did. I nothing further from and decided to send an email and they responded saying they couldn't open the attachment, and this was their response "Unfortunately the attachment is corrupted, please resend the account confirmation letter urgently so that we may process your refund today'. I told them this was highly unlikely so I sent the same email with same attachment, once again I had no reply from GLTC, I sent another email to confirm that they have indeed received my mail and could open the attachment, they confirmed that they could. On the 18th January still no payment so decided to call their office and they informed me that the payment was to be loaded that same day the 18th of January. I have called them again today now the lady in the refund department says that the accounting department has confirmed the refund payment and that she will find out what is going on as they themselves don't know. Terrible client service, no one gets back to you, I don't know what they are trying achieve by this strategy. I have decided not to support them or their products. SKELMS!
I have never been so disgusted in a policy and the service they provide, I have had 3x issues regarding my legal rights and every time the refer back to the policy and say they do not cover me for these issues furthermore I had specifically asked if all my legal needs will be covered in my policy before agreeing on taking out my policy with Clientele Legal, I was reassured that it will be ( misrepresentation from Clientele Legal). Furthermore I have not received a copy of my policy and no paperwork since April 2015. I will never recommend this to anyone as I feel it dose not serve the purpose or service that is advertised, I have tried to cancel my policy with no success!
