I have been trying to contact SANC for months now to no avail. Their Pretoria line rings the whole day while no one takes calls, what's the point of having a phone if you not taking calls. The email line is even worse, you can write 100s of email and no one even bothers to read and reply to any of them. What's the use of having this council if we can't even contact them to verify college registrations them. I called and emailed wanting to verify a college called FUTURE NURSES in Germiston and no one bothers to reply, that's was a simple task that would not even take 5 minutes to reply either by call or email. I really question the caliber of "professionals" employed to run that counsel I really feel like the government needs to look deeply into this matter. Rather they not have this counsel if the can't serve their primary purpose, it's clear that THEY CAN'T GET BASICS RIGHT!!!!!. I really feel that this is unfair to us as citizens. I really feel horrible for having to report and submit to a counsel that can't even answer basic queries VIA EMAIL for that matter. THIS IS AN INSULT TO OUR COUNTRY!!! This company has the ****iest service ever, their consultants are useless they don't have time for clients, their prices are hidden and their customer service is zero out of hundred. Don't waste your time trying to do business with them. This company is ****ed up and it's full of ****!!!!
I've had a horrible experience with Capfin and Pep, I went to Pep asking for proof that I don't have any outstanding loan with Capfin, the horrible cashier just turned me back and asked me for papers and numbers I didn't have since I don't hold any account with Capfin and Pep anymore. Please fix this incompetence and inconvenience because it's time wasting as I need this document for an urgent financial transaction but these stupid Pep Cashiers have a never to hold me back, waste my time while asking me for things I don't have. I feel like taking a loan with Capfin was the worse decision I've ever taken because after my great service to them they have the gall to stall me with useless numbers!!!! That's service from Capfin which is absolute rubbish!!!!!!
I have a horrible experience with Izwe Loans, I have called every branch in South Africa, sent numerous emails but none dared to reply. I'm looking for a simple thing like proof that I don't have any loan with Izwe Loans. If anyone in the management is reading this please reply and give me that proof, it doesn't take much to sent me a simple Statement. We were told our car has arrived at We Buy Cars Durban, Springfield only for us to travel for nothing and we had to struggle to get back...o deeply regret using motor Via as a logistics company...I'm extremely disappointed by the absolute unprofessional workmanship from the administration to the filthy services from the delivery drivers.
We have ordered pizza about an hour ago and we still waiting. The only reply we get is that drivers aren't there to deliver our order, I'm really disappointed by this service from debonairs
Around 2019 we went to Nedbank,Ixopo branch to get my grand pa's bank statement since there's been funds that went missing from his bank account. The only response we got was that the bank statement was going to "cost" us since we wanted his 2017 bank statement from the bank because the funds that went missing were his retirement fund. We only got promised that the "manager" will see through this matter but it's been many years still we haven't seen the "manager" and his money is still unaccounted for!!!! I'm reporting this incompetence and corruption because what was done to him was extremely horrible

I stood in the teller line for over an hour the line is too slow and the teller aren't friendly... I was forces to turn back because the teller refused to accept that for my Unisa application reference unisa sent me an SMS to use my student number , that teller refused to help she was so stubborn and kept insisting I needed to have "another set of numbers" even though I was showing her an SMS from Unisa saying my STUNDENT NUMBER WAS MY REFERENCE...THAT services WAS POOR AND FILTHY!!!! THIS IS STANDARD bank IN CARNIVAL MALL BRAKPAN...MY TIME WAS WASTED FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I HATE THAT BANK!!!! FILTHY SERVICE IS ALL THEY HAVE
I have paid my DSTV subscription via Nedbank payment option on the DSTV website, suddenly my subscription gets cut because the system on DSTvs side doesn't update my payment history!!!...I'm extremely appalled by this fiithy corruption like services from DSTV, my payment is not updated on purpose so that I can pay double the subscription fee...the service from DSTV is appalling, filthy and unpleasant, I'm extremely disappointed with the IT department and the consultants because a MultiChoice error is now turned to be my problem...this service is extremely filthy and corrupted...I seriously demand an explanation and a compensation for this madness...my phone number is 0603603810
