Motorvia Durban has a policy where by they do not advertise any job opportunities anymore. Twice they had recruited truck drivers but in order to qualify, you need to pay some guys there. Total cost is R10000 per applicant. Such a beautiful company has stooped so low. If anyone is interested in a job and has 10 grands, go to Motorvia situated by the Durban Old Airport. Speak to Derrick Pillay and AJ Singh.

I bought my car from Johan Du Rand motors on the 17th of February 2023. I was then advised that I have a 24 month warranty with the MVIA. I have never received any policy/warranty documents until the 11th of February 2025, and that was after I had to make a call requesting for them. By then my car was almost a week at the workshop that was referred by the dealership due to linkeage failure, fixed and awaiting payment. I am now being told that the claim has being declined because they only cover linkeage for automatics. HOW WAS I GOING TO KNOW THAT WITHOUT THE POLICY DOCUMENTS. Can somebody please take ownership so that my car can be released!!!!!!!! My ID: 8304290654084 NM Mnisi

I was working at the company under their contractor Thutha Projects and was dismissed for not signing a renewed contract by the contractor, reason for not signing the contract was due to the fact that the contract was issued to us 2 weeks before the contract ends which was highly not reasonable in this time while working under the contractor ( Thutha Projects ) owned by Neo Seabi Mo***eng me and my co workers would be under paid and threatened that if we dont like the apparent salary he is still offering after working more then 7months in the company we should leave our red reflector jackets at the gate and leave, Mr Neo Seabi Mo***eng would interview new people almost every week promising them an increase in salary after their probation period like he did with me but never end up increasing anyones salary after probation period workers will work up until 22:00 almost on a daily basis and still get paid normal rates after hours and on weekends when by law it states that weekends rates suppose to increase so with this saying i would suggest that no one works under the contractor company Thutha Projects with Neo Seabi Mo***eng.

DO NOT USE MOTORVIA. I recently booked my car in to be sent from Johannesburg to Cape Town and when my car finally arrived, it had unfortunately been broken into, and my manual/service book and bag had been ******, as well as my spare wheel and bonnet being tampered with, which required extra parts to be bought to fix my car. Sadly, the customer care has been absolutely horrible as they will not even acknowledge that the theft has taken place (even though the ********s left their spanner, torch and a handprint in my car), and they also take weeks to reply to an email. Furthermore, I have not been compensated for the theft. I am incredibly disappointed and hurt by my and my car’s treatment.

Do not use these guys. We Buy Cars limpopo send my car to We Buy Cars the Dome with Motovia, should have taken a day for delivery. Instead, it took 4 days. The car arrived damaged. Motovia point blank refuses to answer to it. Just ignore it and it will go away mentality. Stay away from them.

Motorvia transported my vehicle from JHB to CT and were the only company I could find that was willing to transport my car with a few items in it as well. Most require the car to be completely empty. There was sufficient communication and all my goods were untouched when my car arrived. I would definitely recommend this company.

Shocking service Motorvia Cape Town. My wife was promised her car will be delivered today the 12 September 2022 after she said it is urgent. We tried to collect it from the Depot on Saturday but they were closed and made a promise it will be delivered on Monday ... Today. So some excuse came in that their truck broke down. I simply do not buy it. This is is going to be plastered all over social media if my wife does not get a full refund for the delivery charges and It is not delivered to me. Her husband. I am livid. Zero stars....
