We Buy Cars limpopo sent my car to We Buy Cars the Dome with Motovia, should have taken a day for delivery. Instead, it took 4 days. The car arrived damaged. Motovia point blank refuses to answer to it. Just ignore it and it will go away mentality. We Buy Cars just pass the buck. They quick to tell you the paper work and money is a rush. But stuff like this. It's no stress for them. The sale is done.

FNB forcing people to have debt
They block you from using your own cards overseas. When you finally apply (jumping through all the hoops) to use your cards overseas, they then tell you that you have a small limit you can spend. Irrelevant of how much more you have in that account. They are forceing you to open a credit card account, just so you can use your own money overseas. Why force people to have debt. Makes no sense.

Useless customer care
Their customer care is useless. They suspended my account after their debt order did not go off (their own systems fault). They disconnected me on the Saturday, when their accounts department are closed. I only eventually got reconnected on the Tuesday afternoon. I spent a lot of money on data so my wife could do her work and that I could do my online courses. I asked for a discount on this months invoice and they just ignore me. They cant even apologies for the inconvenience. Please do not take out a three year contract with them. Once they have you, they dont care anymore.

Generic windscreens
I pay my high premiums every month. Premiums that are raised every year, on a car that has drastically depreciated in its retail value. I claim for a cracked windscreen and they tell me that they only fit generic windscreens. That is the biggest load of rubbish I have heard. How do they justify that? And I still need to pay the excess! On a generic! Really disappointed in this.
