I was working at the company under their contractor Thutha Projects and was dismissed for not signing a renewed contract by the contractor, reason for not signing the contract was due to the fact that the contract was issued to us 2 weeks before the contract ends which was highly not reasonable in this time while working under the contractor ( Thutha Projects ) owned by Neo Seabi Mo***eng me and my co workers would be under paid and threatened that if we dont like the apparent salary he is still offering after working more then 7months in the company we should leave our red reflector jackets at the gate and leave, Mr Neo Seabi Mo***eng would interview new people almost every week promising them an increase in salary after their probation period like he did with me but never end up increasing anyones salary after probation period workers will work up until 22:00 almost on a daily basis and still get paid normal rates after hours and on weekends when by law it states that weekends rates suppose to increase so with this saying i would suggest that no one works under the contractor company Thutha Projects with Neo Seabi Mo***eng.
Me and my fellow employees wuh subject to offensive and abusive language over the past few months of me working for the company by a specific individual that is our leader in the workplace every single day we would be sworn at for certain things when the same individual has put into place a disciplinary code which he has not being following with this saying we have laid a grievence report to superiors and he has not been taken to task, three of us have already resigned from the workplace and i would like action to be taken according to the Labour Law Act and the Disciplinary Code that was given by the individual i was then called after my review on Hellopeter asked to delete the post because it will be dealth with and i will recieve feedback at end of the business day on Monday 27 February 2023 but never did which tells me that my complaint about me and the people working in the company does not matter aslong as the work gets done peoples feelings means nothing.
