Motorvia transported my vehicle from JHB to CT and were the only company I could find that was willing to transport my car with a few items in it as well. Most require the car to be completely empty. There was sufficient communication and all my goods were untouched when my car arrived. I would definitely recommend this company.
I requested a fibre relocation on 05 Jan 2021. They told me that it takes 30 days, I was unaware of that but accept their policy. Same complex, just a different unit number, same fibre provider. It is now 22 Jan 2021 and I am just trying to get an installation date so that I can plan as I work from home and currently don't have fibre. I am not even asking for this to be done sooner at this point but just a date that I can plan around. I get a blanket "This has not been assigned. We have 30 days" a basic don't call us, we'll call you attitude with no understanding of the impact. Just all round bad service. I will certainly be reviewing staying with Vodacom when my contract is up in July just based on the poor customer service and lack of urgency. Pathetic when over COVID people are working from home.
I frequently order pizza to be delivered. The last FIVE occasions domino's have gotten my order wrong. The way in which they try to rectify it is by giving me a free pizza. I don't want a free pizza, I want the correct order delivered. This free pizza situation does not help them get orders right the next time. I have complained to the manager and have still not received correct orders. I have the people taking my order repeat the order back to me and still they get it wrong. They cannot differentiate between THIN or THICK base. This may be a language barrier but they need to find a way to get it right! Even my free pizza was wrong :-|
The MANCOSA user experience can take a stressful study experience and turn it into a nightmarish one! I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with their debtors department on a \missed payment"for my MBA. No notification of this outstanding amount was given except when I tried to access my final results which they then held back. I dealt with Priya Kothandsami who telephone manner is to SHOUT over you and the manager who promised to \""personally get back to me\"" Annette Darbie who then got her rude employee"
I have had my good stored at Storage Genie. The premises is NOT properly built, flooding when it rains. Apart from the fact that the buildings cannot handle rain, their pipes seem to burst for unknown reasons also flooding the place and damaging goods. The MD, Herbert or any of the staff don't bother to deal with these claims and do not respond to any queries. I have now needed to issue a LETTER OF DEMAND for my damaged goods with still no response. Herbert will take calls claiming to handle the issue and nothing gets done further. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.
