Subject: Complaint Against Izwe Loan Company and Representative Alex Susan 1. Introduction This report serves to document serious concerns regarding the conduct of Izwe Loan Company and specifically its representative, Alex Susan. 2. Details of Complaint I have never dealt with a company representative who is as dishonest as Alex Susan. She continuously requests upfront payments and fees with the assurance that a loan will follow. Despite making payments, no loan is ever issued. She makes agreements and commitments but repeatedly fails to honor them. 3. Impact I have experienced financial loss due to paying fees without receiving the promised loan. The company’s credibility and trustworthiness are in question as a result of this conduct. Such practices create the impression of *****ulent activity and exploit vulnerable clients in need of financial assistance. 4. Conclusion & Recommendation Based on these experiences, I strongly advise others to avoid Izwe Loan Company and representative Alex Susan. I also recommend that this matter be formally investigated and that appropriate action be taken to protect other potential clients.

I app**** for a loan with Iziwe Loan Company for the amount of R60,000, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. To date, I have already paid R48,000 towards this loan — and yet the loan is still not paid out to me. When I questioned the fees and asked to cancel the loan and recover my funds, I was told that I would have to pay an additional R2,500, bringing my total payments to R50,500, without receiving the full value of the loan. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit clients financially. Furthermore, Iziwe frequently changes their phone number, which makes it extremely difficult to reach them or maintain any form of consistent communication. I also have details of the bank account and the account manager's name, which I will be reporting to the relevant authorities.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with Izwe Financial Loans. Despite numerous attempts to engage with your consultants, I have received no resolution or meaningful response to my queries. My loan application was initiated on 8 July 2025, yet I was shown a transaction allegedly dated 10 June 2025—a clear discrepancy. Throughout this process, I have been asked to pay multiple fees, including: R500 for processing and compliance R1000 for legal claiming R2000 for identification and account linking After all these payments totaling R3500, I was then asked to pay an additional R2700 for a so-called final activation fee—despite assurances that no further payments would be necessary after the initial charges. I interacted with individuals who identified themselves as Nolitha Maqashalala (also referred to as Jessica Jordan) and Raymond Bismarck, allegedly the Chief Executive Officer. Unfortunately, I have not received my loan funds, and repeated efforts to obtain a refund for the R3500 paid have been ignored. This experience has left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy of this process and the conduct of those involved.

Members who perform duties at Izwe loans is n ****. They are just demanding money for fees but neither the Manager or the assistant is capable of doing a normal bank transfer from one bank to the other. They just charge fees to have this done but can not do the normal transfer between banks. They must request assistance from other Companies to perform this function but again charge fees for their own Competance. They can not perform a normal cashsend to a Bank. They again charge fees to perform the function but is not able to do it. Members is ****ming people by just asking fees but can not perform basic financial services. They must request other Companies to assist them but offcourse want fees. Please I demand the Ceo of this Company to contact me as soon as possible so that I can recover my fees that I had to pay for Services that the Manager could not perform. It is a disgrace. Stay away from this Company. They don't know how to transfer money to your bank account but demand fees for it. The Ombudsman and National Credit Regulator SA will be contacted on 2025/02/17. I am waiting for the Ceo of this Company to please call me for the ****ming of my money and his uneducated and untrained Members and want my ****med money repaid immediately.
