It has come to my attention that Nova Cash Loans makes repeated empty promises regarding the payment of loans. Furthermore, they fail to answer phone calls and, on occasions when they do, abruptly end the call. This behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and raises serious concerns about their reliability and trustworthiness. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to make use of their services.

Details of Complaint I have never dealt with a company representative who is as dishonest as Alex Susan. She continuously requests upfront payments and fees with the assurance that a loan will follow. Despite making payments, no loan is ever issued. She makes agreements and commitments but repeatedly fails to honor them. 3. Impact I have experienced financial loss due to paying fees without receiving the promised loan. The company’s credibility and trustworthiness are in question as a result of this conduct. Such practices create the impression of *****ulent activity and exploit vulnerable clients in need of financial assistance. 4. Conclusion & Recommendation Based on these experiences, I strongly advise others to avoid Izwe Loan Company and representative Alex Susan. I also recommend that this matter be formally investigated and that appropriate action be taken to protect other potential clients.
I app**** for a loan with Iziwe Loan Company for the amount of R60,000, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. To date, I have already paid R48,000 towards this loan — and yet the loan is still not paid out to me. When I questioned the fees and asked to cancel the loan and recover my funds, I was told that I would have to pay an additional R2,500, bringing my total payments to R50,500, without receiving the full value of the loan. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit clients financially. Furthermore, Iziwe frequently changes their phone number, which makes it extremely difficult to reach them or maintain any form of consistent communication. I also have details of the bank account and the account manager's name, which I will be reporting to the relevant authorities.
This is the second review I am writting, nothing has been resolved on this claim MS45584/1. I had to get someone to fix the electricity fence as it was shocking the gardener, then the Contractor they send said to me that the plant is breaking the fence...how much rain do they think we had from the 3rd of Jan 2024. Does plant stop growing. Not even talking about the roof, OOBA only came back to me last month to informing me that they will not be fixing the roof. Because they can see that there were previous leaks. My goodness does thy expect me to climb on the roof every week and check it. And not to talk about the amount of damage due to them not coming back to me in Jan. Loyd promised me to feedback the same day, still waiting for that promise . They are just the worst. OOBA has now forced me to take this matter further . They are the worst.
On the 3rd of Jan 2024 we had a terrible storm resulting in we are having a lot of damage to our house, I have topped counting the number of phone calls and emails I have sent to have this resolved, but to no avail. They like to make promises and then never keeps it. I have never experience ush bad service in my life.
