Impossible to contact doctor. I need a report from Dr Singh to be sent to Discovery Health and the Netcare Linmed Hospital Case manager to update the authorization discharge date - all items that seems to be impossible to get, leaving me with an impossible invoice from the hospital. Its impossible to get hold of Dr Singh to get her help on just sending a report to Discovery Health and I cannot get help from the case manager at Netcare Linmed to correct and update the length of stay of the authorisation - which they never did. Please hope you never have to deal with Dr Singh and Netcare Linmed - its impossible to get any help from them.
Disgraceful Neglect to assist patient. During my hospital stay in Netcare Linmed Hosital (emergency admittance) I was treated by Dr Singh. She did not submit the claim with the correct procedure codes to the medical scheme (Discovery Health) and as such the hospital is now sending me an Invoice to pay as her treatment cannot be linked to the authorization, and the authorization we obtained was never updated after she insisted to extend my stay in hospital. Despite numerous attempts to contact Dr Singh and ask her kindly for her assistance to please send the correct procedure code to the medical scheme - I get told that I cannot speak to her and must leave a message. I have left more than I can count. Dr Singh: if you see this - PLEASE, just 5 minutes of your time can resolve this matter. (Mr Hechter - 4-8 July 2024 Medical Ward). If you could please just send the correct code to Discovery Health and update them on the correct discharge date, then Discovery Health can process and pay the claim from my hospital benefits.
Please check any booking you make for free training days offered. This institution somehow got a booking for me, which I had no knowledge of, and when I did not attend, as I had no intention to attend a course that I had no knowledge of, they proceeded to send me a mail advising that I will be billed for the course. **Please be aware of unethical practices by online training institutions!!**
#bewareofvodacomfibrecatch -- I find it appalling that Vodacom almost breaks your door down to give you free fiber installation and router, and then when you cancel a year and 4 months after because you're relocating to an area where they cannot provide / relocate your fiber service to, they send you an invoice for R1500 cancellation fee on what is supposed to be a month to month contract. Sick man! I wouldn't consider Vodacom Fiber Services ever again, even if they were the last provider on the planet!
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! - THESE GUYS STOLE MY MONEY - NO PRODUCT NO REFUND - MONEY GONE! #scamsters I placed an order worth over 5k with this incompetent company last week Thursday. The same day I was phoned back and told the order could not be fulfilled (after accepting my full payment in EFT with no warning) and that I would be refunded. I was told the refund would be finalized within 3-4 working days. This was last week Thursday. Every follow up call I make to expedite the refund is answered with another system response requesting an account confirmation letter which I have already sent 3 times, still no refund. I am now persuing legal action for fraud.
<p>Vodacom direct phoned me to say they are giving me a better payment deal on my EXISTING 2 data lines. I have a call recording which proves the wording. Upon further investigation, I found they had lied and added 2 new additional lines to my contract. Now they "can't" cancel them because of a "technical issue" even though I advised them to cancel immediately. These people are robbers and thieves and perform unetheical business! DO NOT TAKE THEIR SALES CALL! YOU WILL REGRET IT! Stay away from Vodacom Direct!</p>
