Horrible experience at Ten Pin bowling Gold reef city

The worst service received from the manager Portia ..... I have never experienced such HORRIBLE service in my whole life..... My friend and I went bowling on the 25-09-2023....we forgot to take our change.....went bowling....when we were done we went back asking for our change and the MANAGER Portia just told us "she wasn't the one who assisted us and she will not leave everything just to assist us....... why would you even say that to customers...... she honestly doesn't deserve her role!!!!!!
