I the Cherry 2025 car I bought Tiggo 4 pro - I have a problem with Chery Gezina - I brought in my vehicle for them to change my front lights - a week after my front light broke in - there is now a big hole on my car - I took it in for service 05/01/2026 ' I spoke to the same lady Malisa who assisted me with the lights that after her guys replaced my lights - It later broke inside leaving a whole - she did not seem to care and she advised that they actually saw the problem on the day which they did not tell me they just tempered with my lights and did not say and SHE SAID THEY WILL NOT FIX IT - HONESTLY CHERY GEZINA ONLY CARE ABOUT SALES AND NOT PEOPLE- AFTER YOU BUY THE CAR ITS YOUR OWN PROBLEM - THIS IS NOT MY FIRST PROBLEM AND I CANT WAIT TO CHANGE THIS CAR SO I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS WORKSHOP - BECAUSE IF YOU SELL A PRODUCT TO SOMEONE THERE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASSIST- I AM SOO DISSAPOINTED MORE THAN ANGRY 😠 I DO NOT EVEN THINK THEY TREAT WHITE PEOPLE THE WAY THEY TREAT ME
