Bought a Ford Figo from Golden Era motors Gezina. They confirmed the vehicle was serviced up to date. I checked the service history with Ford and found out that the car was overdue for a timing belt replacement that is very expensive because it is a wet belt. They refused to pay for the very expensive service and I had to pay for it. Very dissapointed in their service and lack of integrity.

I the Cherry 2025 car I bought Tiggo 4 pro - I have a problem with Chery Gezina - I brought in my vehicle for them to change my front lights - a week after my front light broke in - there is now a big hole on my car - I took it in for service 05/01/2026 ' I spoke to the same lady Malisa who assisted me with the lights that after her guys replaced my lights - It later broke inside leaving a whole - she did not seem to care and she advised that they actually saw the problem on the day which they did not tell me they just tempered with my lights and did not say and SHE SAID THEY WILL NOT FIX IT - HONESTLY CHERY GEZINA ONLY CARE ABOUT SALES AND NOT PEOPLE- AFTER YOU BUY THE CAR ITS YOUR OWN PROBLEM - THIS IS NOT MY FIRST PROBLEM AND I CANT WAIT TO CHANGE THIS CAR SO I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS WORKSHOP - BECAUSE IF YOU SELL A PRODUCT TO SOMEONE THERE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ASSIST- I AM SOO DISSAPOINTED MORE THAN ANGRY 😠 I DO NOT EVEN THINK THEY TREAT WHITE PEOPLE THE WAY THEY TREAT ME

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Golden Era Motors. After purchasing a vehicle, the dealership sent the registration documents to the wrong email address, which resulted in the car never being registered in my name. Despite paying THOUSANDS in admin fees, I ended up having to handle all the admin and registration myself. To make matters worse, I never received a refund for the admin fees, and their responses throughout the process were unhelpful and very sarcastic. This is not the level of professionalism I expected when buying a vehicle. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Golden Era Motors. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and double-check everything before doing business with them.

Recently purchased a Nissan Livina from Golden Era Cars. The Salesman Mr Lawrence Nkomo was extremely efficient in all aspects when it come to purchasing the vehicle. I was extremely happy when it came to his business ethics and his high moral values. The FNI was also extremely efficient when it came to her side of the business. Keep it up Well Done

My car was booked in for the 30 000 km service on 11/11/2024. On arrival I mentioned another problem to the service advisor to be looked at. They had my car for 3 days - just to tell me they have torqued the suspension and my problem should be gone. I specifically told them, I know its the shocks and the shocks had to be replaced on my 15 000km service already. They told me to do a shock test on my own expense. That leads to another complain. My complain in the regards, is that they broke my bonnet lever / clip. I send an email to Anne and Spyros, as well as Haval SA regarding the situation, which until today have not been even rep**** to, after sending a follow up on 20/11/2024. This leaves a bad taste and I would certainly not motivate people to use this company to service their vehicles.
