Bought a Ford Figo from Golden Era motors Gezina. They confirmed the vehicle was serviced up to date. I checked the service history with Ford and found out that the car was overdue for a timing belt replacement that is very expensive because it is a wet belt. They refused to pay for the very expensive service and I had to pay for it. Very dissapointed in their service and lack of integrity.
25 September 2025. I have been sick for weeks and was feeling worse than ever, I was having vertigo and an asthmatic chest and chest pain, struggling with breathing and a severely upset stomach and headaches with dizziness. I went to Mediclinic Kloof hospital emergency rooms (A Sizwe-Hosmed DSP), and they said they only take Sizwe members as cash patients. I contacted Sizwe and was told to try a Netcare hospital. I went to Netcare Unitas hospital emergency rooms and was subsequently admitted to hospital for further treatment. I was discharged after 2 days with neurologists that could not determine the exact cause. Now I see that my hospital authorization is being denied. After sending them the tests that were done they say that it must show a result for my diagnoses and refuse to pay for my hospital stay. I have tried talking to Sizwe, emergency room doctors and the hospital and there is simply no progress. I cannot afford to pay cash for this and Sizwe medical aid has just abandoned me to my own fate. I though medical aid was supposed to cover me for circumstances like this! I now received a letter from Sizwe that my monthly premium is going up by around 20% from November 2025 to crown it all. I now have to pay for medical cover from which I get no benefits. I have now received feedback from multiple other members being denied all kinds of services because providers are not accepting Sizwe members.
Solar installer. Lots of promises and nothing happens. Paid deposit and waited for 6 weeks to see nothing but empty promises. At last got a refund after countless broken promises of installation by owner Hans Smit. He waists your time and changes stories every day. Stay away.
Very poor quality work done, lines in paint where it was masked and paint does not match it does not look like the same paint at all. Sent my vehicle back and waiting for a response
