My insurance recommended Jocks Autobody for repairs to my car. The panelbeater met my expectations for overall repairs, though it took longer than expected because the body parts supplier ran out of stock. They also offer a warranty on workmanship and paint, which is helpful if I need to return the car. Thank you, Robert, for keeping me up to date during the repair stages until the handover.

Most unreliable Panelbeater in Pretoria DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JOCK'S AUTOBODY! Our vehicle was unfortunately struck by the hail strom, last year Nov 2025. It's a brand new Chery Tigo - it was not even 2 months old. Luckily it was insured right away. We decided to first go on our planned vacation during December. The was claim logged with our Insurance and a Assessor only reached out mid-January 2026. Then Panelbeate appointed was Jocks Autobody in Pretoria West. When my husband took our vehicle to them to start with repairs, he was advised that the repairs should take 10-15 days. We were fine with that. After 15 days, on the 13th of January we enquired about the repairs and when we can get our vehicle back. They said they were still busy. On 19 January, we enquired again, no feedback on their absolutely useless WhatsApp nr. So, my husband went there the next day, only to find as much as +/- 20 dents removed (remember the whole car was struck by hail). He also found that the roof was totally removed and just hanged there on a thread on the car seats inside the car! The windscreen - thank you CHERY for your very strong and durable windscreens, the hail did NO DAMAGE to the screen, but Jocks Autobody cracked the windscreen - how? Nobody knows! I calles the shop, they drop the phone while you are pooring your heart out about their very poor, unreliable and unprofessional service - when you phone again, they don't answer. I used another number of mine, they answered and it was as if it was a laughable joke! Even the Manager dropped the phone in my ear when I asked for feedback and why it's taking so long. It's now 04.03.2025 - they still have my car! My broker reached out, my insurance reached out, Cherry themselves went there, it's like they DON'T CARE. 52 DAYS!!! They have no remourse, I pay my monthly instalment to my Insurance and Auto Traders on time for a vehicle I am not even driving... According to inspectors and Cherry investigators, when they went to Jocks, the vehicle was in NO STATE to be released! Jocks wanted to release, said all is done... but there were so many flaws - a brand new car, torn apart, panelbeated like a ******s behind? I STRONGLY suggest that Momentum Insurance and Cherry themselves make sure that Jock does not have a badge to repair Cherry vehicles. I am heartbroken - this might be stupid to some, but this is our first ever brand new vehicle and I am absolutely frightened and anxious to get my car back, because they - JOCKS, are not qualified or professional Panelbeaters! How will my car look after 52 days??

I dropped my car off on 28 October 2025, and this has been an absolute nightmare. Despite constant follow-ups, I received nothing but excuses and false promises. I was repeatedly assured that my vehicle would be ready, with the latest commitment being 19 December 2025. After chasing them yet again on 18 December, I was suddenly told the car can only be fixed in the new year. The lack of honesty, accountability, and basic communication is shocking. I made arrangements based on their promises, only to be misled time and time again. I strongly do not recommend this panel beater to anyone who values transparency, professionalism, or their time.

I was promised last week Friday that my Vclass will be sprayed this Monday but nothing was done not even an excuse. I was hoping to collect my car tomorrow but it looks like I will hate to wait another week if not another month . Pathetic service. Maybe I'm Black.. I will never use this Panelbeaters ever in my life

I had the worst experience with this service provider. Between them not keeping to their initial timelines, the worst, non-existent communication skills, and the workshop manager Stephan that has a stinking attitude…. I don’t know which one to pick. I just know that I will never take my business there.

Horrible services. I have been promised to get my car the past three weeks every week there’s a new parts they order. The communication is not effective you have to be the one calling them they don’t give feedback. Last week I have been calling and Kgopalang doesn’t take my calls.Auto and general they are losing me as a client because of these people. These are full of empty promises and they don’t deliver.
