I requested a paid-up letter, and I settled the account in full according to the settlement letter on the 18 August 2025. I even requested the account to be closed and now I keep receiving phone calls that I owe Finchoice I owe Finchoice nothing, I paid off as per settlement letter. When I open the app last time I saw R200 I thought it's maybe what they owe me and now its R400 and written in Arrears like how?

I app**** for a Foschini account and same day I app**** for a new car worth R420000 and I was approved for the car and not the Foschini account, I even wrote a review to thank the lady that assisted me with my car application and the insurance guy from 1st for women. I will never ever try to apply for Foschini account its clearly someone is smoking w**d there to decline me with 684 credit scoring, but what do I know I am just a consumer.

I settled my contract with Blue Label Telecoms Label and requested them to close it. I will not be needing their poor service. I got my paid up letter and submitted to all credit bureaus since they don’t do their job. Account was marked as paid up. 3weeks ago I started receiving calls from Blue Label Telecoms consultant was Carl Adams saying I owe them. I was so ****ed off. I sent email and Andile Masombuka said they will rectify the mistake with collection departments. After a week Blue Label Telecoms debited my account. I sent email and immediately received a call from Hlengiwe and sent email to apologise on behalf of the company. They promised to refund my money. 27 August I got email from Transunion that Blue label account has been reinstated as in areas, I cried they went as far as ruining my reputation and credit scoring. I sent emails and got no response. I will visit Blue Label Telecoms offices they will pay for all this stress they are causing me. TransUnion Blue Label Telecoms they need to fix this and the people who recently worked on my account need to take full responsibility.
It took me 3 months to get settled letter and after receiving settlement letter I paid same time. Now again I’m waiting for a paid update letter. Do we really wait for everything with this company
I have been requesting a settlement letter from blue connect for 3 months now, i even log a dispute with Transunion and they updated the account as in areas while I am paying. All I want is to settle this horrible account and move on with my life, for 3 months struggling to get settlement letter. I am even thinking of driving to their offices but my worry is, when i get there they will say their head office is in heaven that how these people are (unorganized)
I settled my car my car 14 June 2024, with a settlement letter I got from Wesbank and Wesbank had a nerve to debit my money for interests on the 23rd while the car is paid off. They have not send me the paid up letter, they are not communicating on what to do next. I had to call them last week and the lady said I must pay R362 for Natis. I want my money back the car was settled 2 weeks ago.
