Dear Management, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the service I received from Jetour Boksburg. I purchased my vehicle from your dealership and was never informed that the vehicle needed to be brought in for a 5,000 km service. At no point during the purchase process was this requirement explained to me, nor did anyone from the dealership contact me to remind or inform me about this service. Today I brought my vehicle in for its 15,000 km service and was unexpectedly required to pay the full service cost, despite the vehicle still being under a maintenance plan. This came as a complete surprise, as I had never been made aware of the 5,000 km service requirement or the consequences of missing it. As a customer, I believe this reflects a serious lack of communication and customer service from Jetour Boksburg. Had I been properly informed, I would have ensured that the vehicle was brought in at the required interval. I therefore respectfully request a full refund for the service charges I was required to pay, as the situation resulted directly from the dealership’s failure to properly inform me. I trust that Jetour Boksburg values its customers and will address this matter fairly and promptly. I look forward to your response

On 13 February 2026, my 🚩2025 Jetour X70 Plus🚩which I have less than two months in my possession suddenly lost steering control during peak traffic. As I had just crossed the robot after turning green, driving under 60km/h, the vehicle aggressively pulled to the left without warning. I attempted to correct it, but it continued pulling left, it than spinned, and landed on a Rea Vaya barrier. There is currently a rear damage which happened after the vehicle mounted the barrier, not before. This was not normal driving behaviour. It felt like the vehicle lost it's memory and control. Just for noting: I am a licensed driver since 2010 and have never experienced anything like this before. The dealership has now classified this as accident damage, but I dispute that conclusion because the loss of control and swerving occurred before the vehicle landed on the barrier. Jetour Hatfield conducted an inspection and indicated that no mechanical faults were found on the front of the vehicle and that the only diagnostic fault related to the right rear ABS, which they attribute to accident damage. I strongly dispute this conclusion, as the swerving and loss of control occurred before any collision or rear impact. Given: The extremely short period of ownership The vehicle still being under warranty The sudden loss of control and abnormal vehicle behaviour The fact that the rear damage occurred after the loss of control There is reasonable cause to suspect a possible factory fault, steering system malfunction, electronic control failure, ABS malfunction, or manufacturing defect. In terms of Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (Imp**** Warranty of Quality), goods must be safe, of good quality, in working order, and free of defects. A vehicle that loses steering control without warning cannot be considered safe. I therefore request: A full independent forensic mechanical and electronic investigation. A detailed written technical report. Clarification on how mechanical or electronic failure has been ruled out. Appropriate remedy in terms of the Consumer Protection Act should a defect be confirmed. This matter involves vehicle safety and could have resulted in serious injury or loss of life. I request urgent intervention. Vehicle safety is not negotiable.

I bought my Jetour at Boksburg, the after-sales service was pathetic because my X70 was advertised as a demo model and when i collected the vehicle I discovered it had a previous owner. The Sales person was just never to be found, and eventually i engaged with the Branch Manager, who was also full of promises and dismall. I had a problem when i take a u-turn, there is a flapping sound on the drivers side, according to Jetour SA there is nothing wrong, but the noise is notacible. I also lodged a few complaints about the drivers seat which is supposed to move when you get in and out of the vehicle, which is not doing that, the same problem continues to pop up. I messaged Jetour SA two weeks ago, and to date no response. This is a new brand, however, i will never recommend it to other people, not with my experiences.

Good day, +/- 3 months ago I had a terrible experience (on my own) at Jetour Menlyn when I stopped there to view the T2 as a possible vehicle for my wife and raised my dissatisfaction on Google reviews, a few weeks later Jetour responded with those semi automated responses. Today I stopped their again with my wife and kids for us to view hoping a second chance would be much more satisfactory... it was not, nothing changed... its terrible. There was one silver T2 at the back (sold) but the receptionist later approached us as it was locked and said she will find out from someone if they could open it. Nobody came back to us and I literally walked out after about 10 minutes shaking my head with other sales people watching yet no reaction. People need to realize... if its like this even before purchasing this brand, how will after sales be. Im totally over this brand because of my second bad experience today. Sad indeed ...

Consumer Warning – Jetour South Africa I am posting this publicly after receiving no response to my emails from Jetour South Africa. I purchased a brand-new Jetour on 29 October 2025. Since then, the vehicle has been returned to Jetour 11 times due to multiple defects and faults. Despite repairs and assistance from one dealership, the problems continue. The vehicle now has yet another issue and must be returned again. While I acknowledge the effort of the assisting branch, Jetour South Africa as a brand has failed to engage, review my case, or provide a permanent solution. There has been no meaningful communication or accountability, which is unacceptable for a new vehicle. After four months of repeated inconvenience, and unresolved issues, I no longer have confidence in the reliability of this vehicle or the brand after-sales support. I am sharing this to warn potential buyers and to call on Jetour South Africa to respond and take responsibility. Silence is not a resolution.

I purchased a Jetour T2 1.5 Aspire on the 27th Nov 2025 and returned to the dealer on 2nd Dec 2025 with a complaint that there is an excessive delay on take-off. I can count up to 5 before the car starts moving. Jetour SA feedback to me is that this is the normal characteristic of the vehicle. I feel very unsafe when driving the car in traffic. I even have family that won't drive in the vehicle with me due to this. The vehicle has been in to the dealer x9 times for this issue. Jetour SA has simply washed their hands regarding this issue.

We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Jetour Boksburg. We visited the dealership on 10 January 2026 to view the Jetour T1. No one assisted us when we arrived, and we had to ask for help. We were promised documents by 12 January but had to follow up repeatedly to receive them. After submitting our application, we received no feedback for a week and had to constantly phone the dealership. We were verbally told that finance was approved, but again no follow-up was provided. Despite multiple promises and an in-person visit, nothing progressed. After three weeks we still had no communication. We then contacted Jetour Pretoria, submitted a new application on 22 January, and collected our vehicle on 23 January. Jetour Pretoria also confirmed that Jetour Boksburg never submitted our application to the banks, meaning we were never approved despite being told otherwise. The lack of urgency, communication, and professionalism at Jetour Boksburg is unacceptable, and we believe this branch will lose customers if this behaviour continues. We would appreciate Jetour South Africa investigating this matter.
