Good day, +/- 3 months ago I had a terrible experience (on my own) at Jetour Menlyn when I stopped there to view the T2 as a possible vehicle for my wife and raised my dissatisfaction on Google reviews, a few weeks later Jetour responded with those semi automated responses. Today I stopped their again with my wife and kids for us to view hoping a second chance would be much more satisfactory... it was not, nothing changed... its terrible. There was one silver T2 at the back (sold) but the receptionist later approached us as it was locked and said she will find out from someone if they could open it. Nobody came back to us and I literally walked out after about 10 minutes shaking my head with other sales people watching yet no reaction. People need to realize... if its like this even before purchasing this brand, how will after sales be. Im totally over this brand because of my second bad experience today. Sad indeed ...
Today was a real shocker and the first time in a very very long time that I raise my voice about service standards at Checkers Linton s Corner. This is my third bad experience at this specific branch but ive now had enough. Firstly the cashier that served me (mapitsi mashabela) was snorting mucus ongoing, rubbing her nose (feel free to view CCTV footage) Then I requested twice for her to scan Super C s individually as its a promo running but I brought 2 x 4 packs and then a single to scan, asking her twice she still ignored me and proceeded. Then argued with me that it will be the same... and it was not so I waited and waited. I have to repeat myself 2 to 3 times in most of my communication. I've had 3 incidents at Checkers the grove as well and this was honestly the final straw ... and the worst ive even experienced. Im done with Checkers as I know and told the manager ... once I leave the store everything just carries on as normal. It was as if im doing the cashier a favor to shop at this branch. Im gone from Checkers and you will only see me there again if no other option or extreme emergencies
I phoned the Lynnwood/Linton s corner club about a month ago and all consultants was busy ... it was then requested from them that they call me back which I clearly rejected twice in the conversation as I have back to back meetings coming up. I also did not provide my cell number. Nevertheless 10min later I get a call from planet fitness ... how is that. Regardless I phone them back after my first meeting and speak to Dewald and complained ... what attitude did I get from this gentleman, when confirming his name I requested his surname and the responce was "there is no need to provide me with his surname" as well as a very arrogant attitude wow. Then I phoned planet worthless s HQ and spoke to Author and the complaints/customer service and guaranteed me someone will get back to me ... its actually more than a month ago. Sad indeed and my experience will be shared as widely as possible. I used to be a member at Vingin Active for years and never experienced this kind of service and behavior... and we'll im in the process of joining the again at Hazledean and yes 2km further but at least I know im treated with respect. Shame on you pf.
I'm honestly shocked on how customer service deals with dissatisfied customers. Responce in a very disrespectful way causing me to pay all outstanding money's, withdrawing wallet money and deleting the app. The response e mail needs to go viral/social to make the public realize how the people out there are treated.
Good day Mike, for such a premium brand I would expect a decent courier service ... NOT. CourierIT is the worst and I brought this under customer cares attention today speaking to Priya. As a loyal customer ill buy again from KH as soon as I get confirmation of a change in courier services. Sad leaving such a good brand but for a courier service provider to cause so much frustration, tell lies, just don't pitch ... I'm sure I'll find another premium brand in clothing. Cheers Mike !
Going for months now, promises from lonwabo and kabelo at Wealth Banking from the Menlyn Maine offices in Pretoria. I have not been contacted. Be aware of FNB s staff s empty promises.
fnb wealth banking, full of empty promises from lonwabo, kabelo and the Team. Zero service, ignored for days, no regret on making mistakes, don't value their clients, lie to them... the list goes on. Having the mindset that you are one of the largest banking institutions in SA that you can treat your clients like **** in a disrespectful way is not on. People need to know about my experience and it must continue.
Had a bad experience with one of fnb s e bucks partners and escilated with my private wealth banker (Lonwabo Simbi) explaining the situation. At first he seemed very eager to assist but after day one it died down. I've indicated the urgency from my side, as this was not my first mishap with fnb. I've been sending mails before and after the weekend actually getting very annoided and requested additional e bucks for inconvenience and as well informing I will leave fnb after more than two and a half decades but still zero responce. So by tommorow the 25th of April 2023 I'll be downgrading my private wealth account to a basic account untill I've consulted with other banking institutions (I indicated this very clearly as well but still I'm ignored) This is honestly a discrace for me and the time I've been with fnb and actually very sad. Not a call or an e mail responce after my second mail. If this is the way clients are treated I'm very concerned and need to go out of my way to ensure its made public on all possible social media platforms. fnb pretends to go this extra mile for their clients but sadly not at all.
Horrific service from clicks and ur partner fnb, bought online with partial ebucks payment and ebucks was deducted but no order confirmation. Escilated with clicks but treated like a dog. Fnb take ur rewards program and account and put it somewhere... Capitec have been knocking on my door for too long now
