I bought a t-shirt on the 25/02/2026 for R799.95 at Tygervalley Mall, and only wore it once then noticed that the stitching is loose (very badly sown) when my partner showed me loose threads hanging. 06/03/2026 I wrote them an email informing them I wasn't happy with the item, and Priya Chetty responded saying they will send a courier to come get the item the following day. Today is the 12/03/2026 and there's still no communication from any courier about fetching the item. For the price they expect customers to pay, not only are the garments of poor quality, it seems their customer service is worse. This is not the 1st time I'm complaining about the quality of their clothing and each time I get the same bad service and it frustrating.

Firsty, I bought this brand for yrs as their quality was good and I trusted it to last. Their brand identity states as much. I have bought thier jeans for work as they salted, so when I had a pair that lasted less than 6 month and only having worn them maybe 20 times, I was concerned about thier quality. I raised this with the company and got the send us photos response. which I did. Photos of the areas the jeans had worn, of the holes and the season labels. I was traveling and after that decided to toss them as I wasnt going to travel with broken jeans. At NO stage did they say, keep them or we wont help you. Only to find , oh sorry we cant help. So, im loyal to a point and being in the service industry will vote with my wallet. Their quality has deteriorated and I will no longer spend the kind of money that they used to deserve. Sincerely, Lost customer.

Bought a Kingsley Heath jersey from the Cavendish store which was defective to the point that is ruined the clothes it was worn with. They admitted the item was defective and after several weeks of having to jump through hoops for them they offered a store credit for the item, and after a push offered a refund for the jersey. Despite admitting the item was defective and resulted in damage to my items the company very sadly would not stand by their product and refused to compensate me for the ruined clothing and the excessive inconvenience they had cause despite pitching themselves as a luxury brand. Disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer care, expected better and a degree of customer loyalty and accountability from a premium brand.

Great brand, but terrible online shopping experience. I have never struggled so much to track my parcel or get feedback from a supplier. I also had to reorder twice because the items I selected was not held so it kept getting out of stock, after I paid. If you want to shop Kingsley Heath I suggest going in-store.

I ordered 2prs of the ladies Charlize skinny jeans. Was a little worried after reading some bad reviews. Need not have been. Excellent service, amazing product. Great quality, very well fitting jeans that are true to size. Came in lovely boxes, wrapped in tissue paper, smelt amazing too! What a pleasure. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

So I have ordered about 2 weeks ago Flip Flops as Kingsley Heath didn't had my size. I asked them specifically for size 11 but Mbulelo ordered me Size 12. I went to the store and it was too big. Ask for size 11. I had to call the Head Office myself to resolve this matter. It was confirmed that it will be delivered on 17 January 2025 as it has been ordered from Kingsley Heath Menlyn. This is totally unacceptable. I am a regular client and spend thousands per Month.

Worst service ever. Communication is even worse, most contact numbers does not work, when you get hold of someone, they seem willing to work but without any success. I am still waiting for a order that was ordered 24 days ago. I only receved part of the order. I had to contact them (with a HUGE struggle) to let them know i did not receive my full order. Courier-it (the service they use) is even worse, trying to blame everyone else.

I am not happy with the kingsley heath services and the delivery company Courier IT. I ordered 2 items 1 golfshirt and 1 round neck shirt, but only 1 round neck shirt was delivered and the Golf shirt was not delivered. The sticker seal on the box was teared and the sticker inside the box states that only 1 quantity. I called the number on the sticker to report the matter to Kingsley heath, the number just ring no answer. I then sent email with the photos expecting feedback or email acknowledgement nothing, I called Courier IT I spoke to the lady who said to me she will find out from the driver and call me back she never called me back as we speak I do not know if my order is yet to be delivered or not I am disappointed in your services. The white T-shirt which is delivered it does not look new is got colone smell as if it was wore before and returned.
