I recently purchased two chino trousers on 21 March 2026 under your promotional offer of 2 for R200 at the Pavillion branch in Durban . As a loyal client of Kingsley Heath, I have always appreciated the exclusivity and premium quality associated with your brand.
It is therefore with significant disappointment that I bring to your attention that one of the items purchased is defective. This is particularly concerning as it is not the first time I have encountered this issue with your chino trousers. For a brand positioned as exclusive and high-end, I find it unacceptable that items with visible defects are reaching the sales floor without proper quality control.
As a customer who invests in your products with the expectation of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, this experience has been both frustrating and disheartening. I trust that Kingsley Heath will take this matter seriously and address the apparent lapse in quality assurance processes.I will return the one item but the above needs to be addressed.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a suitable resolution.
